4. Payment Terms

All programme fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and must be paid in full before programme commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.

4.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing:

• More than 14 days before programme start: Full refund minus SGD 100 administrative fee
• 7-14 days before programme start: 50% refund of programme fees
• Less than 7 days before programme start: No refund available
• After programme commencement: No refund under any circumstances

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All training materials, curriculum, code examples, documentation, and other content provided by neuralacay remain our exclusive property.

5.2 Limited License

Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use programme materials for personal learning purposes
• Download materials provided for the specific programme enrolled
• Reference materials in professional work subject to attribution requirements

5.3 Prohibited Uses

Participants may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute programme materials without written permission
• Use materials to create competing training programmes
• Share account credentials or access with non-participants
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

6. User Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate user access or programme participation for:

• Disruptive behavior affecting other participants
• Non-payment of programme fees

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, parties agree to first attempt informal resolution through direct communication with neuralacay management.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants via email.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
